Rachel Crenshaw

With an aptitude for quickly assessing an individual's skills and a penchant for developing effective teams, Rachel Crenshaw has spent years connecting people with their passion. 

After earning her master’s degree from the University of Tennessee in Communication with a focus on Higher Education Administration, Rachel began her career in Nashville in the non-profit sector fostering engagement, directing strategic communication, and cultivating donors. Working across a range of professions and skill sets over the years, she began to realize her interest in connecting people to their personal and professional goals -- a formula that led her to found S3 in 2017.

As the S3 team has grown over the years, Rachel's strengths in strategic planning and client relations have been used to manage the organization's growth while ensuring continued alignment with S3's mission of providing quality, consultative services.

Always up for the next adventure or social gathering, Rachel loves enjoying all that Nashville has to offer and traveling with her husband and three young children.

Ann Minnium brings to S3 a 25 year career in talent acquisition management. She began her career in New York City working for some of the most iconic fashion and beauty brands. Her passion for people and building relationships has been the key to her success. 

Ann has the ability to understand the inner workings of companies quickly, matching the right talent with the right positions within the right companies. 

Ann lives in Franklin, TN with her husband, 4 children and a new puppy. In her free time she is an avid yoga student, a passionate sports fan, and always roots for the underdog.

Laura Rose has deep roots in the design and construction industry. She received her Bachelor’s in Interior Design from Auburn University and started her career in healthcare design before using her design expertise to pivot to a career in construction management and design management. The move to healthcare construction was an exciting challenge and Laura quickly became a vital part of the construction management team, bringing over half a billion in replacement healthcare facilities to market. She earned a reputation for being engaged, detailed, fair and firm in the management of her projects. 

Highly entrepreneurial and driven by a challenge, Laura has added higher education, commercial, retail and adaptive reuse projects to her resume over the years. More recently, she's put her skills to work in the talent acquisition space, serving S3 clients across various industries - from construction to healthcare to technology.

Even as a young child, Laura was the "glue" to her family and that's an attribute that has followed her throughout her career, including now as she serves as the glue for S3's clients during their growth needs.

Advisory Board

The S3 advisory board is comprised of experts in healthcare, marketing, financial services, operations, and a wide range of consulting backgrounds. The advisory board brings valuable insight into industry needs and trends, providing a level of expertise that sharpens and strengthens S3's candidate recruiting and vetting process.

Alexia Poe

Alexia Poe brings to S3 a robust understanding of the Nashville market and how to draw the best talent to the area. Prior to serving in the top communications post for the Administration of Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam, Alexia was Director of Nashville Mayor Karl Dean’s Office of Economic and Community Development. There she served as the city's top sales executive to attract and grow business investment in Davidson County, and she led the public campaign for the Music City Center, Nashville's $600 million state-of-the-art convention center. The founder of Poe Consulting, a firm specializing in strategic communications, public affairs, and public relations, Alexia merged her firm with The Ingram Group in 2018. She has more than two decades of experience in politics and government at the highest levels, having worked in the White House, for a United States Senator, for two Governors and a Mayor. Alexia’s experience also includes private sector work with Nashville-based hospitality and entertainment company Gaylord Entertainment. She and her husband, Charley, have two children and live in Nashville.

Formerly Vice President of Operations at Nashville-based Results Physiotherapy, Amanda Andrews Owens brings to S3 a deep knowledge of what fast-growing healthcare companies need to thrive and excel. After graduating from the University of Tennessee with her master’s degree in Physical Therapy, Amanda quickly worked her way into management as President and CEO of Andrews & Gant Therapy, comprised of three franchise clinics of Results Physiotherapy. After 9 years, Amanda sold Andrews & Gant to parent company Results Physiotherapy. Subsequently, Results partnered with Chicago-based Sterling Partners, a leading growth-oriented private equity firm, and Amanda was appointed VP of Operations overseeing the day-to-day operations of 100+ clinic locations across 9 states. During her tenure, Results added 25-30 new clinic locations each year, and Amanda consistently exceeded key performance indicators resulting in exponential top line growth. An angel investor with InCrowd Capital and a 2017-18 member of the Gotham class of the Nashville Institute for Faith and Works, Amanda is passionate about helping entrepreneurs and growing businesses succeed. She is heavily invested in the community through organizations like UpRise Nashville, the Nashville Fellows Program, and Dress for Success and is an avid traveler.

Caroline Dean brings experienced branding and marketing perspectives to S3, lending to our expansive reach to candidates and attractive representation of employer clients. After graduating from Sewanee: The University of the South with a degree in Psychology, Caroline developed and implemented marketing campaigns for residential and mixed-use projects in the Greater Nashville community. These projects piqued her interest in getting more involved with real estate, leading her to join Village Real Estate representing buyers, sellers and investor clients. Caroline and her husband reside in Nashville with their children.

Krissie Self brings a high caliber of management and operational insight to S3, sharing the expertise she brings daily to her role as COO for Sidekick Therapy Partners. A native of Nashville, Krissie attended the University of Georgia where she was selected as a prestigious Leonard Leadership Scholar, completing the two-year certificate program aimed at creating a strong culture of servant leaders, in addition to earning her degree in Risk Management and Insurance. After spending five years in Atlanta with Triage Consulting Group, Krissie moved back to Nashville where she worked as a Consultant at c3/consulting, a management consulting firm dedicated to the people responsible for making change happen. In 2017, Krissie became the Director of Operations at Nashville Coaching Coalition (NCC), a nonprofit that equips and supports transformational athletic coaches; she remains actively involved with NCC even since her move to the COO role at Sidekick Therapy Partners. Named one of Nashville’s Top 30 under 30 in 2016, Krissie enjoys hiking in Warner Park with her husband and sons, as well as cheering on the Georgia Dawgs.
